Kendrick Herzberg

Holding a master's degree from the Toulouse School of Economics, I will be starting a PhD in economics as part of a COFRA doctoral contract in October 2026.

Data Scientist at SIES (French Ministry of Higher Education) from 2023 to 2026, I contributed to the design of the InserSup information system and produced national graduate employment indicators published as open data on Parcoursup and MonMaster. Previously, I worked on the microsimulation of energy transition policies (CGDD) and the evaluation of tax reforms (Assemblée nationale). I also taught at Sciences Po, EDHEC, Paris 1, and Toulouse Capitole.

Available for short-term or longer-term assignments, remote or in the Paris area.
